Information submitted through the briefing form

The form asks for your name, email address, organization, role or title, inquiry purpose, estimated budget, decision timeline, project context, and the page where the request began. When submitted successfully, the site stores these fields with an internal reference, routing classification, status, and creation time so IEG can review and respond to the inquiry.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, or legally protected information through this form. The form’s consent is used to confirm that IEG may contact you about that request.

Optional project analytics

If you accept analytics, the site may send a first-party event for a Project Camellia or Georgia Monitor page view, or a Camellia report link opening. The application database stores daily totals by project and event type; it does not store a visitor name, email address, or account identifier with those totals. The event request is not sent until you accept.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining analytics stops these optional event requests.

Browser storage and dashboard access

The analytics choice uses local storage, not an advertising cookie. The dashboard authentication code is designed to use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie when dashboard sign-in is configured. IEG does not use advertising pixels in the current application source.

Hosting and service records

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting provider may process connection information to deliver and protect the site. IEG’s current application database does not define a fixed retention schedule for briefing requests; the retention period and provider log settings require confirmation before this policy is finalized.

Your choices and requests

You may decline optional analytics or change your choice from the footer. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a briefing request, use the contact channels on the Contact page. Before publication, IEG must confirm which channel is active and add a verified privacy contact address here.
